What super hero power do you dream of having? Fire in my hands. Wait, I already have that. How about acid spit. Yeah, that would be cool.
Role: I give senior leadership to both Revival Church and theLab which includes: developing a team, casting vision, teaching, writing and working on city strategies.
History: I planted and led Revolution Church for eight years in Manitou Springs, Colorado, directed one of the four primary internships at IHOP in Kansas City and planted Revival Church in Detroit. Additionally I have developed and led city prayer initiatives, an internship and other similar ministries. I have written six books and enjoy traveling and ministering at churches, conferences and camps.
Future: Nothing less than full blown city-wide revival will satisfy me. Everything I do centers around that reality.

Amy Burton

Role: Revival Church Secretary and Treasurer
History: John and I have been married for over 16 years and have spent most of those years in full-time ministry. I have been involved with Share Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support since the death of our daughter Elizabeth in 2003 and have written two books on loss and grief. I currently work at a pro-life crisis pregnancy center, where I oversee the Earn While You Learn program.
Future: I am holding on for the ride!

What super hero power do you dream of having? Setting the captive free and maybe walk on water once and a while.
Role: Assist in developing a community culture that values each individual and recognizes their importance to the establishing of God’s Kingdom in the earth. A community culture that contributes toward the healing of each member till they see clearly their identity as sons and daughters of God and walk out their life destiny.
History:  I have been married to an incredible and passionate wife for almost 25 years. She has been my biggest fan and I look with great excitement to the next 25. I have been blessed with five amazing children who love the Lord with all their hearts and in many ways have already begun to run ahead of me. I spent 17 years in the business world before God called me into ministry. I pastored Williams Lake Assembly of God in Waterford, MI for four years. For the last five years God has overhauled my life and brought a more clear understanding of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God to the point of taking my dreams and vision for what God plans to do in the earth to a whole new level.
Future: Seeing the world come face to face with a Church that is healed and set free walking in Holy Spirit love and power.

Marty Kearney: Associate Director of theLab

What super hero power do you dream of having? Healing people of their past and X-ray vision.
Role: I am the Associate Director of theLab Internship, on Senior Staff, Prophetic and Ministry Teams.
History: I am married to Tom and have five amazing children.  My husband and I helped plant a church in Waterford, MI but began to feel like there must be more.  In 2006 we went to a Randy Clark healing conference along with our two sons.  My life was radically touched by the power and love of God like I had never experienced before.  I have never been the same since or stopped hungering for “more.”  Our family joined Revival Church right from the beginning in 2009 where I have been in leadership and on staff.
Future:  To see the church walk as sons and daughters and not orphans.  To bind up the brokenhearted and to proclaim liberty to the captives and see Jesus receive the glory as revival invades our city.

Joshua Kearney: Ministry Team Leader

What super hero power do you dream of having? To have Wisdom like Solomon, that’s super, right?
Role: I am on Senior Staff, I lead the Ministry Team, I am a part of Children’s ministry, on the Prophetic Team and a part of theLab Staff.
History: I got wrecked by God while on a Randy Clark missions trip in Brazil with my sister Ruth. Since then my life has never been the same. Because I have a zeal to see abortion end in America I got connected with Detroit IHOPE and was on staff there for a year. That is where I met John and was a part of the original team who started Revival Church. I have a passion to father and steward this next great move of God. I carry a hunger to see the will of God to be on earth just like it is in Heaven. I want to see the church come into right mindsets and be the true example to the World as to what Jesus looks like.
Future: To see every enemy become a footstool for the feet of Jesus and usher in the crater of Revival that will cover the whole earth.

Ruth Kearney: Prophecy Team Leader

What super hero power do you dream of having? X-ray vision, to see right into the Spiritual realm all the time.
Role: I am the director of our prophecy teams and am on senior staff.  I am also on staff for our internship The Lab.
History:  I grew up in a christian home, living a normal christian life until God began to take my family on a crazy adventure with Him in 2006.  From the moment I set foot in a Global Awakening Conference that year, my life has never been the same.  After going on a youth missions trip to Brazil, I realized there was so much more to God and His kingdom than I had ever dreamed of or imagined.  I suddenly caught hold of vision for my life and at that point began to develop a deep relationship with my heavenly Daddy that has only gone deeper and deeper.  Since then I have been launched into ministry and have had incredible opportunities to be apart of some amazing ministries and run with some incredible leaders.
Future: My heart and passion is to see heaven invade every city of the earth and to see the most broken, abused and rejected people become suddenly set free as they are ushered into an encounter with the fiery love of Jesus.

Bob Ladendorf: Worship Director

What Superpower do you Dream of having?: The ability to see through people and discern
Role: Developing and mentoring musicians to reach their full potential musically and spiritually and raising up the next generation in worship
History: Saved in the seventies during the Jesus movement, and was involved in starting a church in 1974 and served there as Worship Pastor till 2007. Started a record label in 2004 which recorded different artists one of them being Aaron Crider. Married for 32 years with 2 daughters and two granddaughters.
Future: To develop young people to reach their potential and then to send them out to do what they are called to do as we see Revival bust loose on the “D”

Valerie Ladendorf: Worship Leader

Role: I lead worship for Revival Church.
History:   I was born and raised in the church with both of my parents heavily involved with the worship ministry. Music came natural to me and I began leading worship at the age of 14. I knew the Lord was calling me to be a worship leader. In 2009 I attended MorningStar School of Ministry in Fort Mill, South Carolina and then interned with the worship department at Elevation Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. 
Future: Revival! I believe the Lord has called me to release the sound of revival through the groaning worship movement.

Amy Smith: Flag Team Leader

What super hero power do you dream of having? To set people free from any kind of oppression, and walking on water : )
Role: Leading a team of flag bearers to prepare the way of the Lord and create an atmosphere pleasing to Him.
History: After 15 years of ministry, I began to flag and dance out of the clutches of religion and discover freedom in the Kingdom.  I have been flagging and dancing in worship since 2006, being taught by the Holy Spirit.
Future: To fill the city of Detroit with the sounds and sites of worship to the Most High King.  To see the ministry of flags restored and God’s beautiful warriors arise healed and equipped to release earth shaking worship that sets the captives free.
